Privacy

• Cloudflare, which delivers the site, counts visits with its Web Analytics: the pages opened, the site a visitor came from and how fast the pages load. It sets no cookie and does not identify you. The site has no advertising or tracking scripts.
• One cookie, only if you use the EN / ID switch, to remember your language.
• Cloudflare delivers and protects our site, so it processes your IP address when you visit.
• To show prices in the right currency, the site checks which country you visit from. It asks Cloudflare, and uses your device time zone if there is no answer. Only the country is used. It stays in your browser for this visit and is not sent to us.
• The store check keeps your answers in your browser for that session, so the booking page can use them. They are not sent to us unless you send a request.
• When you book a free consultation, you choose a time on our booking page in Google Calendar, shown inside the booking page. Google receives the name and email you enter there and sends the invitation, under the privacy policy of Google, and the meeting goes into our calendar.
• When you send us your answers, or request a store diagnosis, they go into a WhatsApp message that you send to us. We receive what you send, including your WhatsApp name and number.
• The payment page keeps what you type in your own browser and puts it into the WhatsApp message you choose to send. Nothing reaches us until you send that message. When a price is in US dollars, the payment page asks the public Frankfurter service for the European Central Bank rate of the day; that request carries nothing you type.

• For an audit or a monthly plan: access to your Seller Centre through a sub account you create, or the exports you send us, and your product cost sheet.
• We use this only to do the work you asked for and to prepare your reports.

• The Lokaworks team working on your store. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other clients.
• Results we show on this site are anonymised: no store names and no buyer details.
• Services we use to do this work: Google Calendar for booking calls, WhatsApp for messages, our website and email host, and cloud storage for the files you send us.

We keep project files while we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
